The kick-off meeting was held in Rize on September 28 and 29, 2022. The participants were welcomed by the Governorship of Rize. The welcome speech and the agenda of the meeting were given by Oznur Gunay as the coordinator. Each project partner gave a short speech introducing their own institution. A detailed presentation about the project (objectives, results, activities, committees, budget) was given by the participants of RTEU. In these presentations it was discussed in detail which project partners would take which roles and which activities they would carry out.

29 - 30 November 2nd transnational meeting of CHATBOT TUTORING SYSTEM FOR VET project was held. The 2nd meeting of the CHATBOT TUTORING SYSTEM FOR VET project was held on November 29-30 in Trikala, Greece, hosted by AKETH, one of the project partners. The project coordinator institution Rize Governorship, project partners EDULOG, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University and host project partner AKETH physically participated in the meeting held in Trikala. Project partners IFESCOOP and LOGOPSYCOM, who could not physically participate, participated in the meeting online. During the meeting, the final version of the status report, the use of Chatbot in VET, the project website, the translation of the project website into common languages, the presentation of the demo of the Chatbot application and the future plans were discussed.

An important international education project meeting was held in Paris on 2-4 May 2023. During the meeting, the main objectives and strategies of the project were discussed. The participants were warmly welcomed by EDULOG and the meeting started with the reading of the agenda by RTEU. During the meeting, information about the corrections and additions to the online platform was provided and the chatbot creation platform was introduced virtually. Participants were asked various questions to the trial version of the application to show how to use the platform. It was announced that guidelines for teachers and students will be prepared and these documents will be shared. Training material presentations were also organised in the project and each partner presented their training material topics. It was also decided that the chatbots will be finalised by the 4th Meeting and Project Management meeting in Valencia and the first field tests will be carried out at this meeting. The training content will also be further clarified at the meeting in Valencia. It was also suggested to add a link to the chatbot platform on the website, create a "help" button and add some documents prepared by EDULOG. At this stage, it was noted that the project should focus on impact and sustainability and it was emphasised that the processes should be monitored and attention should be paid to the quality of the outputs. The dates for the future Valencia meeting, the LTTA and the Belgium meeting were set. This important meeting was recorded as an important milestone in the field of international cooperation and education. The project continues to take firm steps towards its goals.

The fourth face-to-face meeting of the CHATBOT4VET project took place on the 13th of September 2023 in the premises of UGT-PV in Valencia, Spain, hosted by IFESCOOP. All partners participated in this event and discussed on project development and the administrative aspects of the project. The partners agreed on next steps and actions to be taken. The next face-to-face training activity (LTTA) will take place in Paris (France) from 15th to 17th of November 2023.

THE MEETING WAS ATTENDED BY FUNDA KAZANCI, PRESIDENT OF TOBB WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS, KOSGEB PROVINCIAL DIRECTOR KÜRŞAT DERECİ, ASSOCIATE PROF. DR. BEKİR GÜZEL AND ASSOCIATE PROF. DR. OZAN SELÇUK FROM RECEP TAYYİP ERDOĞAN UNIVERSITY OZAN SELÇUK, DIRECTORATE OF NATIONAL EDUCATION VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL BRANCH DIRECTOR MEHMET AŞÇI, RIZZE PROVINCIAL DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC EDUCATION YAVUZ YILDIRIMKAYA, SCHOOL PRINCIPALS, REPRESENTATIVES OF NGOS AND SECTORS, ENTREPRENEURS, TEACHERS AND STUDENTS ATTENDED THE MEETING. DURING THE MEETING, THE ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT, PROJECT OUTCOMES WERE SHARED WITH THE PARTICIPANTS AND THE NEXT STEPS OF THE PROJECT WERE DISCUSSED WITH THE PARTICIPANTS. OPINIONS ON WHAT KIND OF PROJECTS CAN BE DONE ON THE DISSEMINATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND SMART ASSISTANT APPLICATIONS OF DIGITALIZATION IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION WERE PRESENTED. INFORMATION WAS GIVEN ABOUT THE COMPETITION ON THE CHATBOT PROJECT 'DISCOVERING THE HISTORY AND GEOGRAPHY OF RIZE' HELD WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT. THE TEAMS THAT MADE IT TO THE TOP 5 EVALUATED THE COMPETITION PROCESS AND CONTENT AND GAVE INFORMATION ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CHATBOTS THEY CREATED.

Within the scope of the multiplier activity activities of the Chatbot4vet Project, 15 schools from technical high schools from Rize participated in the competition organized in our province. According to the competition calendar specified in the specifications, the final was held by our jury members on 29/02/2024 at 10:30 at the Rize Governorship Meeting Hall. As a result of the evaluations made by determining the sources, keywords, contents and paying attention to their association with each other, the schools that entered the top 3 in the final are as follows respectively; 1- GÜLBAHAR HATUN VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL ANATOLIAN HIGH SCHOOL-MERKEZ 2- MARTYR MURAT NAIBOGLU CIVIL AVIATION VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL ANATOLIAN HIGH SCHOOL-PAZAR 3- EKREM ORHON VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL ANATOLIAN HIGH SCHOOL-MERKEZ/ FAZLİYE HÜSEYİN TURANLI MULTI-PROGRAMMED ANATOLIAN HIGH SCHOOL-İKİZDERE The date, time and place of the award presentation will be announced on https://pkmrize.com/.

Our Governor İhsan Selim BAYDAŞ attended the award ceremony organized for the students who ranked in the competition themed 'Discovering the History and Geography of Rize' organized within the scope of the Chatbot4vet Project multiplier activities and presented the awards to the winners. Before the award ceremony held at Rize Teacher's House, after the presentation made by Social Studies and Project Manager Öznur GÜNAY for the participants about the content of the Chatbot4vet Project, the students who ranked in the top 5 as a result of the evaluations made among the 15 technical high school students who participated in the competition were awarded. Rize Provincial Director of National Education Yusuf TÜFEKÇİ, consultant teachers, students and parents attended the award ceremony coordinated by the Provincial Directorate of Social Studies and Projects with the contributions of the Provincial Directorate of National Education.
